DANCE TIPS AND SUGGESTIONS FOR THE BRIDE & GROOM
Brides and Grooms-to-be: here, find some helpful dance tips and suggestions to help prepare you for your WEDDING DANCE, and to ensure your first dance as husband and wife will be memorable-not only for you, but for your guests and family as well.
SELECT A SONG - Visit our studio and see our unique wedding song list! Choose a song that you enjoy and that feels special to you. It should have an easy beat that you feel comfortable with and enjoy moving to. If you'd like a slow dance, try a Foxtrot or a Waltz. If you're looking for an upbeat feel, you might choose Swing, Salsa-even Tango! If you're not sure where to begin, or would like some suggestions, talk with one of our dance instructors. They'll be more than happy to help you select the right style.
ONCE YOU'VE DECIDED - One of our professional dance instructors will take the time to work with you and create something original. Your dance could be whatever you choose! Looking for something classic? We'll find the right balance of traditional choreography and flair to create a timeless dance. Feeling something more theatrical? Your teacher will create something fun and unique that shows off your individual personality. Whatever your style, you'll have a dance that truly celebrates the event.
PRACTICE YOUR DANCE - Enjoy the process as much as the final event! Get comfortable with the steps, timing, and rhythm of your song. Visit our studio as often as you'd like to polish and practice your moves! Our sound system is easy to access and offers lots of options. We offer such a broad selection of music to practice to, you'll never find yourself bored of the song collection.
Maybe this is a chance for you to step a little outside of your comfort zone. Maybe, you've entertained the thought of performing at your wedding, or just showing off with a few special moves. Either way, the preparation should be just as fun as the event itself-and at Dance Fever Studio, it will be. With the help of our experienced instructors, you'll be thrilled that you went for it!
And, who knows? Chances are, you'll find yourself wanting to keep dancing long after the wedding day is over!

• Dear Dance Fever Studio, As you know, we were nervous about our first dance-but it went great! We were hoping to prepare something polished, but not overly formal: and it was perfect! We felt confident doing our Tango, and even finished off with some Swing. People who attended our wedding have been complimenting us on it ever since. Thanks so much for the fantastic experience!

• Dear Emil, Thank you so much for everything you've done for us- our first dance ended up being my favorite part of our celebration! We never thought that we'd find ourselves doing the cha cha at our wedding, but we're so glad we went for it. You were great about teaching us some basic but fancy-looking steps. Our guests were so surprised-they loved it! Thanks again for helping us add such a fun and unique touch to our wedding.

• Dear Michael, My daughter's wedding dance was truly a gift. Seeing her dance the waltz with her husband was beautiful-I don't know who enjoyed it more, the happy couple or their guests! Thank you for taking the time and care to choreograph the dance just for them-what a great memory.

• Dear Dance Fever, Just wanted to say that we loved our lessons with Yulia! We were surprised at how much we were able to learn in just a couple days. We had so much fun putting our wedding dance together, we're going to keep taking lessons! Thanks for everything.
